Jayla

Jayla (previously Precious) came to JCLDR with her mom, Dixie, under sad circumstances when their owner passed away suddenly. Both dogs were grieving the loss of their family but were sweet, loving, loyal dogs worthy of new forever homes. Precious and Dixie had to be split up, and Precious was the last to be adopted. She is now adored by her new family, who sent us this update:

Thank you so much for Precious, now called “Jayla” — she is settling in just fine.  She is great company for our other dog, Rocky, and is happy to just hang out with him.  He enjoys the company too.  She is so smart and a bit reserved for now, but I expect her to come out of her shell as time goes by.  She is a perfect match for our little family pack. We love her and can’t thank you enough for her.
